General terms of commercial engagement.

By accessing or using our website, requesting proposals, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. CORPORATE DETAILS

Quilstara LTD is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17474251. Registered office: Office 1880, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, WV6 0SR.

2. PROVISION OF SERVICES

Quilstara provides technology consultancy, software engineering, cloud architecture, AI automation, cybersecurity readiness support, data engineering, and digital services. All specific deliverables, schedules, pricing, and service level targets are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW), project proposals, or signed client agreements.

3. SECURITY & COMPLIANCE ASSESSMENTS

Any security assessment or review is performed strictly within agreed written Rules of Engagement. Clients certify they own or hold explicit written authority to test target networks and applications. Formal certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2) are conducted exclusively by accredited independent audit bodies.

4. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
